- It will be Elected by C.E.C and all MARES and Deputy MARES under Supervision of ELECTION COMMISSION and Central President.
- Governors will be Elected by C.E.C and all MARES and Deputy MARES
under Supervision of ELECTION COMMISSION and Central President

- For applying Elections of Governorship one must be a Voter of YAF.
- He must not have any Designation.
- To maintain all WORKING COMMITTEES of YAF at EVERY LEVEL:
(a) Cities, (b) Circles
- To Coordinate with ALL CITIES WORKING COMMITTEES.
- WORKING COMMITTEE'S MEMBERS will be "Elected" by ADMINISTRATORS,
DEPUTY ADMINISTRATORS and COORDINATORS of EVERY CITY and
CIRCLE.
- To create best working atmosphere among all members of YAF.
- To avoid every Prejudice during Working.
- To make sure that every Department is working according to the Constitution of
YAF.
- To look after every task, decision and working.
