ELECTION PLANNING DIVISION:
Elections Tenure - 1 year
Elections will be held in March every year.
Elections Process - "Democratic" and Under " Autonomous Election Commission" of YAF.
Elections Procedure:
1) Membership Campaign in Last months of Tenure.
2) Oath taking ceremony.
3) Approval of Final Names for Election Commission of YAF by Central Executive Committee.
4) Approval of Final Voter Lists by Central Executive Committee.
5) Any Person who is Eligible to Vote can Apply for any Seat. (Only Voters can become Candidates for Elections)
6) Elections on Different Levels:
a) CENTRAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
- In every Election, Office Barriers of any Provincial Seat (PP) or Office Barriers of any National Seat (NA)
or City Level Seat Holders can apply for C.E.C member seat.
- Any one who is member of C.E.C, will have to leave C.E.C seat for applying to any Provincial Seat or National Seat or City Level Seat.
b) CITY LEVEL (City Working Committee):
- Voting for all Seats.
- MARE, Deputy MARE.
- Coordinators, Deputy Coordinators of all "CIRCLES".
- Councilors of every "Union Council."
c) Provincial Assembly Level:
- Elections on Provincial Assembly Seats.
- After this Elections for "Chief Minister", Speaker, Opposition Leader and Other Ministers.
d) National Assembly Level:
- Elections on every National Assembly Seat.
- After that Elections for "Prime Minister", Speaker, Cabinet and Opposition Leader.
e) Tenure and Responsibility of All Election Commissioners:
- They all will be the Symbol of Democracy.
- They will not take part in any Election Process.
- They will remain Election Commissioners for 1 year.
f) GOVERNORS & Central working Committee:
- It will be Elected by C.E.C and all MARES and Deputy MARES under Supervision of ELECTION COMMISSION and Central President.
- Governors will be Elected by C.E.C and all Administrators and Deputy Administrators
under Supervision of ELECTION COMMISSION and Central President
.
- For applying Elections of Governorship one must be a Voter of YAF.
- He must not have any Designation.
- To maintain all WORKING COMMITTEES of YAF at EVERY LEVEL:
(a) Cities, (b) Circles
- To Coordinate with ALL CITIES WORKING COMMITTEES.
- WORKING COMMITTEE'S MEMBERS will be "Elected" by MARES,
DEPUTY MARES and COORDINATORS of EVERY CITY and CIRCLE.
